Pocket Wisdom is a still-life drawing done with a variety of graphite pencils. The subject matter is a cast statue, skeletal bones, and other objects. What struck me is the side profile of the statue and the framing of the vase in which it sits. It feels very grounded and focused, calm, and wise.
